At Paphos Computer Repair we aim to give all of our customers a professional computer repair service in the comfort of their own home. Do we have a shop?
No we don’t have a shop. The main reason for this is that in the UK we ran a very successful IT company for nearly 20 years and over this time we found that on many occasions customers preferred us to visit their homes rather than visiting a shop. Some of the reasons included:
1. Customers did not have to transport computer equipment back and forth to a shop to get it repaired
2. Quite often faults were location specific – ie: Many customers experienced Internet or Network issues – these types of issues can quite often only be fixed on-site.
3. Appointments could be made to suit times that were convenient to both parties
4. Parking fees – unlike in Cyprus, in the SE of England parking fees are quite often very expensive and many customers found finding parking spaces in town centres to be quite an issue at times.
Do you offer telephone support?
Yes, give us a call and we will see if we can help you. Sometimes easy fixes can be sorted over the telephone but this obviously depends on the issue been experienced and also the technical ability of the person making the call.
